In a unique twist, Toyota reached out to children during Oscar week. Toyota Priuses colorfully wrapped in artwork from four popular animated films, three of which are competing for best animated feature, were sent to ecology clubs at some Los Angeles schools.

Toyota worked with Hollywood animation houses to get a striking green Shrek from "Shrek 2" on one Prius and a bright orange Mr. Incredible from the movie "The Incredibles" on another. Each car prominently displayed the message "Good. Clean. Fun."

Actress Kate Bosworth accompanied one of the Priuses and spoke to children about caring for the environment. The Prius "was swarmed by the kids," said Toyota spokeswoman Cindy Knight.

I could do without the colorful wrap, but that actress would have been a nice accessory!

    I agree.

The dark blue and grey didn't strike me as colorful, though.
