GOOD Code Scanner For Reading Sub-Codes?

    Hi All,

    Can anyone suggest a "good" scanner that will read sub-codes and not just primary codes? I have the Dr. Prius paid app but it too only gives primary codes. I don't mid spending a little money on something good/better.

    Many DIY hobbyists prefer to use a 'mini-vci' cable (under $20 usd) and a copy of techstream installed on a windows device, this is the same software that the dealer technicians will use to test/diagnose/repair toyotas or related makes.
