Good deal for a 2014 prius 3 w/ solar package?

    I purchased a 2014 prius 3 (blizzard perl 400$ xtra) w/ solar package MSRP 28710 for 26000 OTD, 0% APR and 5k down. Is this a good deal? True car price in my area (nor cal) lowest 23500-23800 before TTL. My price is 5k off msrp =23700+tax & registration. Of course I wanted 23000 but he won't even go down to 235000.
