My dealer, Magnuson Toyota in Auburn CA did everything right today.

Took my car in for a 10k mile service and 2 warranty issues, a torn parking brake foot pad and dim AC display.

They put in the right amount of oil. It was right on the full mark. :cheer2:

No hassle on the warranty claims. They didn't have parts but ordered them and will have them in a couple of days.

Washer fluid was topped off, tires rotated and returned with 40 psi. I didn't ask for that and didn't expect that. I guess because I had a bit over 40 psi in them, they figured I didn't go by the book.

Car was returned clean and ready to go in less time than they promised.

Everyone I talked to during the process was courteous and seemed to know what they were doing.

And, to top it off, WS transmission fluid is out in the open on a shelf in their parts department for $8.98/qt. A fair price if not the lowest. Main thing was they didn't act like a lowly customers weren't supposed to buy it.

With two warranty claims at 10,000 miles my Prius is even on claims count with my GM product that has had 2 warranty claims at 36,000 miles.

I'm starting to like those people.
