My daughter has a '99 Acura. Her brakes have started to squeal and she needs to get them checked out and fixed. I've told her to get estimates from a couple of different places but she doesn't really know where to start. The name-brand chains may be a little more consistent but an independent might be cheaper/better. She has no money (I'm going to pay for it) so it's doubly important that the job be done right the first time. I would also prefer that she go to a place that can look over the whole car and provide an honest assessment of what may need attention. Recommendations?
