Folks be sure to write up the stuff we need improved. I forgot about the visors/too late now. My two biggest gripes were the rose compass and pedestrian warning when backing up. Also wrote up the glove box, wheel well noise in the rain, and iPhone messages display. BTW/that chicken is dead and gone.
Toyota USA sends out a customer satisfaction survey after a vehicle purchase. Many on this forum are not in the US. Contrary to US opinion, the US is not the center of the world. I guess Americans need to travel more to appreciate the differences
Came buy email and was months after the initial survey. This one was much longer and more detailed. So much so it was painful. it asked why for every rating. My answer was "because". Chicken gone and Turkey up.

OK must be for your country - I haven't seen a survey here in Australia. But then, last I heard they'd only sold 300 or so.
I got two survey from Toyota two week after I got the Gen 4 . 2 month later the other one. One thing that I like is the Solar panel in the roof. It a long shot. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
