I was at an Austin area Toyota dealer that had one that just came in for someone who preordered. Got a chance to sit in it and look at it up close. LIKE IT!!! A little wider than the hatchback. Very wide and study armrest. Roomy. Cloth seating comfortable. It was a Model 3 and I like that one as much as the Model 5. It has more than enough room for our family of three. I think I may be preordering. I don't mind waiting 30-60 days for one. If it works out, I will get another one shortly after getting the first. Salesman could not tell me if it has the HUD. Does anyone out there know?
Prius v does not get HUD in the technology package. HUD will be offered in the 2012 Prius 5* w/ AT package. See the list of improvements. As for the v, check out the Prius v forums. * Looks like 2012 regular Prius will be called Prius 2 or 3,4,5 and .. the 'v' will be labeled like Prius v Two, v Three , v Five.
