For what it's worth, we found a dealership close to home that treated us right. Philips Toyota in Leesburg ended-up earning our business. Before we landed there, we visited 3 dealerships in the Orlando area, but we just got the run around. I worked with Jerry Cooley. He treated my family with respect, delivered what he said he would, and made the whole buying experience what it should be... a lot of FUN!!
