Grill Shutter Replacement

Hi guys hope you’re all well. I need to change the grille shutter as I have a warning message.

Can anyone guide me on how to change it please?
Is it simply take front bumper off and then undo the bolts that hold the grill shutter or is there something in between that needs taking off or replacing. Will really appreciate it.
Hoping someone has taken the bumper off.
