As a front wheel drive it should do reasonably well. With Package # 4 TSC handling should be even better I think. Don't expect race car or AWD response to difficulties -- but what should I expect? With good torque at low rpm I hope ice and snow driving will be better than most FWDs.
It does very well even with OEM tires, there are lots of threads here about aftermarket tires to improve both traction and handling. I have driven mine through 2 of our Puget Sound Winters with no complaints. The traction control really helps in ice and snow.
