Having been born on a Friday the thirteenth, I'm kind of partial to things thirteen. Any other...umm...unique individuals out there?
Well, several years ago we went to the Winchester Mystery House on Friday the 13th as they give flashlight tours on those days (as well as Halloween). Lots of items attached to the number 13 there.
Most excellent. It's not every day I get to hear someone actually properly use the Latin "triskaideka". But wouldn't a triskaidekaphobic fear the 13th of every month and not just the Fridays? All the same, happy Friday the 13th. Just to run it in, Mother Nature decided to follow yesterday's 50ºF weather with a good bit of snow today. Nature is a mother.
Happy Friday the 13th!!! My favorite day... (note the 13 in my screenname). I met my hubby on a Friday the 13th, October 2000. Night of a full moon. Hmmm....there's a full moon tomorrow night too. Got married on the 13th of December (not a Friday, though we tried in 2002 but ended up tying the knot in 2003 instead). Winchester Mystery House rocks! My best friend and I did the tour a couple years ago...we're going back up to SJ in March for another roadtrip and plan on going to the house again for another tour. And to the Mystery Spot in Santa Cruz too...love those places!

well, no I didn't go to work. I really wanted to but the problem was that I think I got some stomach bug, I have 1hr commute to work I don't think I would have made it Vicks wouldn't help
