I'm new here. Hi. I've been considering ditching my JBL headunit in my 2012 v for something like the Pioneer AVH-4100NEX with Android Auto and Sirius. Has anyone here done a similar swap? I used the search and didn't find much when it comes to the v. I do want to make sure my bluetooth phone, backup camera, and steering wheel controls still work. Any tips or guides would be great and I'll be sure to document my process if I take the plunge.
I have 2013 PriusV with Navigation no JBL. Ordered Pioneer AVH-4201NEX through Crutchfield. They seem to be very helpful but DIY project seems little overwhelming. Can't locate reverse and parking break wires that I need tap into.
If all else fails, drive down to Charlottsville and I'll bet they still have an installation shop there. Call first.
