Has Anyone Tried a Lund Chrome Aeroskin Hood Protector?

    Has anyone tried--or even seen--a Lund Chrome Aeroskin Hood Protector for a Gen III?

    Small Chrome Aeroskin

    If it "sorta matches" the chrome/clear acrylic rear tail lights I might bite. Opinions?

    Edit: Actually it probably looks more like the chrome acrylic of the front lights.

    I tried to apply one to my 2012 Prius v Five to no avail. Didn't take any of the adhestive protection tape off. Just a dry fit and doesn't appear to my spouse or I that it will work. I know this is an old thread but I'm trying to see if anyone has had any success before I list it on eBay. Thanks.

    I have the black version of it. Very easy install and it works well protecting just that part of the bumper (it may call hood protector, it's actually protecting the top of the front bumper).
