This is my second 2007 Prius. AT about 130K I replaced the hatchback latch (expensive!) as it would not work very well in any kind of cold weather. Now I have another 2007(long,boring story) and the hatchback latch is very cranky. Is there any kind of a fix without complete replacement? Have other folks had this problem? Thanks in advance
there's a whole thread here from patrick wong. maybe you could find a salvage 2009 or some other lower mileage car.
