Just wanted to publically thank Kelley at Coastal Electronic Technologies for superior service. I ordered a receiver hitch early last week and noted that I needed it by Friday, April 22nd. When I called Thursday, 4-21 to check the status of the order Kelley said it didn't ship and that they had been out of stock but remembered my earlier call. I didn't want to pay the high cost of overnight and said it was no big deal. Kelley called me back later and said they would pay the extra cost to get it to me on Friday! I did get the hitch (and other stuff) yesterday and am really impressed with not only the service but of the quality of the products they design and sell. Highly recommended. G
