Was thinking of getting a radio out of a junk yard Prius (any year) for a home HD tuner. Did all the radios have HD tuners or just the navi ones? HD car units are getting hard to find as well as that option in home receivers.
The location B-52 never had HD radios IIRC. Radios for older than 2016 would get better responses in a Gen 2 or Gen 3 forum.
You could wire one into a B-52 with a 24 to 12 volt transformer. Just too big for my yard. Also I could use a Gen 4 radio.
I think HD came to the Gen 3s in the 2012 model year refresh. Don't look for it in the 2010 or '11. -Chap
