My 2012 Prius three is having strange head unit issue. The display always shows "Toyota" on start up, but half the time it goes black/blank afterward. Sometimes when I shift gear into reverse, I can see the backup camera screen for ~2 seconds then it goes blank again. Volume/power button still works. Cannot connect to Bluetooth. Pressing "Apps" button will display "System not installed." Sometimes the head unit works again out of nowhere during my commute. Anybody have an idea what is causing this issue? Do I just need to replace the head unit, or any way to test the control box/wiring for this? TIA
