When we were in the dealership over the summer to place our Prius order, I took a close look at the headlight assembly of the Prius in the showroom. Between the lower headlight reflector and the upper turn signal, it looked like a row of LED's splitting the upper and lower sections of the assembly. Does anyone know what these are for. At first I got excited thinking that Toyota put in LED running lamps, but no such luck. Thanks.
I think its just for looks. When they refreshed the Prius they changed the headlights a little, and that was one of the things they changed. The small strip is just a separator, and doesn't light up unfortunately. It would be pretty nice if it looked like the Audi R8...
