Headlight dimmer/Turn signal assembly removal

I have a 2017 prius 4 touring that i bought just a few months ago. I noticed 2 nights ago the headlight high beam switch was starting to act up. Now it just basically not working. The high beams come on then go back off. How do you remove the whole assembly from the column so i can inspect the switch before buying the super duper overpriced $177 Toyota replacement?
Im not finding much info on this combination switch as I believe its referred to. Thank you

It's definitely not that. I just need to know how to remove the assembly so i can inspect the switch to see if i can clean/repair it before i spend the money on the replacement, which i still need to know how to disassemble and reassemble for the replacement if i cant fix the existing one.
