I have tried all I could think of with key in/out, out drivers door only, all doors/window locked/shut, lights switched off at steering column. The only thing I can do to get lights out is to pull the high beams RH HI 10A and LH HI 10A and the low beam combo fuse 40/30/30. Help!!!

Does this car have an aftermarket remote start or any kind of aftermarket electronic equipment added after the dealer?? Something certainly doesn't sound right obviously lights won't this your switch when you rotate your switch for the headlights Is there a detent from running today time to headlights back to off click click click click or three or four clicks that you can feel or is it just a sloppy twist like you're turning a variable resistor or a volume knob?? Something certainly sounds electrically fubar usually even if the detents are out in the switch you can play with it and get it to the point where it goes off so it sounds like that's not the problem possibly a sticking relay which is marked under the hood I do believe headlight relay tap on it . So I'm guessing when you're driving the car you have your headlights on full blast all the time driving Not on high beams but full headlights on not the little running lights down in the front bumper cover under the turn signals if you have those but your regular headlights on low beam?? And if that's the case then after you've been out driving for a while you come pull home and you're going to shut your car off if you were to get out and whip the fuse cover off with your headlight relay be hot? Just something to think about I guess

Relays are actually a good place to start. I would remove the lower steering wheel cover and disconnect the turn signal stalk. If the lights go out, that's the assembly you need to replace. If its not the relay or that control assembly, you've got a wiring short in your harness somewhere or an aftermarket alarm system is over-riding your cars control system.
The reason I don't think it's the relay, you stated that both your high and low lamps are active - they're usually on separate relays. Failures usually don't happen in pairs, both relays usually don't wield itself shut at the same time. More than likely a control signal is being sent to both relays to close, leading back to either a wiring harness short or malfunctioning assembly. If the car has been in an accident or you've got past rodent infestation - I'd take a close look at the wiring harness - assuming you've ruled out aftermarket equipment causing the issue.

Good Luck and Hope this helps

Yes if you can easily unplug your turn signal stalk assembly that would certainly be a good way to test

If lights are 9n after car shut off then read schematic... As they should go off and trace the diagram to that main relay. Pull codes and correlate

A bad door switch might be able to cause this problem too right isn't this the car where when you open the door all the lights go off more or less I can't remember I don't use the feature. I turn off all lights and switches radios and all of that before I shut the vehicle down I guess it comes from flying planes and watercraft and ships You don't leave things turned up and on full blast and cut the power to them amplifiers light switches any of that those are pretty good draw items on your electrical system I kind of like to shut everything down first and then kill the mains. I guess it's the old person in me or something because my kids and younger folks that I know they just pull up and turn the key off or push the button stereo running lights on high air conditioning blowing no matter Bam No I don't see that being realistic but that's how they live and do and they're always having problems with electrical stuff and things they own computers streaming stereos automobiles whatever. Funny I don't seem to ever have these problems
