I have recently installed fog lights to the grille of my 2015 Prius 2, and everything has been working fine until last night. The headlights on both sides suddenly went off(I’m using HID’s), the side marker on one side is off, and after messing it for a while, both DRL’s will not turn on ejther no matter which setting I switch to. This morning the headlights and the side marker lights still wouldn’t turn on, but the DRL lights work again. Does anyone know why the headlights will not turn on anymore? I haven’t installed any resistors.
Where did you connect the HID ballasts to for power? If they were connected directly to the factory wiring harness, then you probably have a blown fuse. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I did connect them to factory. I was trying to check the fuses, but there’s no fuse for the headlights inserted in the slots of my fuse box indicated on the manual.
