We had a T-bone accident in May- car went in for extensive repairs....we have returned the car 3 times to Toyota since for cosmetic issues as now the headliner has separated in the drivers side front corner, with a gap between the interior glass and liner...on the collision side.....another headliner will be ordered now that the factory rep has inspected it. Anyone else have issues with headliners popping by the glass.....it is either defective headliner, or improper repair, or exists in other Prius vehicles....anyways they will repair at their expense. BTW each visor has popped out as well and reinstalled. Thankyou.
