Heads Up Display Differences with Gen III

    Can anyone comment on this?

    I drove the Prius C and didn't like the HUD compared to the Gen III (especially 2012+ Gen III when they actually told you the trip MPG). How's the new HUD? What are the notable differences?

    Functional wise I heard you have to shift through many modes to get to EV mode versus one button push.

    There is an "EV" button, but no indication of that mode in the HUD

    Yeah that's one of my minor annoyances. The gen3 hud would put "EV" up, mirroring the dashboard display hybrid indicator, but the new hud, just has the bar graph but doesn't tell you if you are in EV or not - you have to look at the dash for that. :(
