My wife complained that the stock horns on her 22 Prime were lame. I bought a set of Hella super tone horns and in about a half hour they were installed. Fit in the spot of the stock horns with no modifications.
Hope they are more reliable than the Hella horns I bought before. Cr@pped out just past the 30 day Amazon return window. FIAMM Freeway Blaster dual tone horns have been totally reliable for me on three different cars. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Hopefully they will last, says made in India so who knows. Only $25 so not a great loss if they crap out.
Hopefully you don't find out they aren't working like I did. When you really need to honk your horn because someone is going to reverse into you in a parking lot, but nothing happens.
