Hey guys, I am new to this forum although I've been reading your posts for a while. I bought my 2002 Prius (1st GEN) last year and replaced a couple of bad modules with success. It lasted till now but my mpg on average was around 35mpg. I took the battery pack out again and now trying to recondition/ balance them. I have 1 Hitec 4x charger and currently running 3 cycles on each battery modules. 3 cycles 1.0A discharge to 6v 5.0A charge w/ 7250mAh Max 5 min rests in between My question is, is this the right setting for the gen 1 battery modules? All voltage levels are within .5v of each other @ 7.35 ~ 7.82v Also checked for shorts within the batteries themselves with a Megohmmeter and found all modules to be good without shorts.
