hey guys i have a 2008 toyota prius that i bought. but the car sat for a while and the batterydied i belive. and now the key remote wont restart with the car. idk the car was at the body shop for awhile. so is their anyway to reprogram the smartkey to the car or what. please please help
It was most likely the 12v battery that died. Charge it first and then see if it works. Having the battery die will not make the smart key module loose it's keys that are programmed.
