help, 2013 persona issue navi media player restarting + power steering ... is it normal or lemon?

almost a month since having my prius, love it so far!!!
However, my media player has crashed about 5 times, most of the time the scenarios are as follow:

-restarted during music playing through bluetooth
-restarted during navigation + music playing through bluetooth
-restarted during music playing through bluetooth
-restarted during navigation

And today, my media player failed at searching songs from USB drive, couldn't connect to my phone through bluetooth, then restarted after i re-paring my phone and re-insert usb drive. Everything went normal after restarting...

Other than the media player, couple days ago, I slowly turned my car all the way right, trying to pull my car into my garage at about 3-5 mph with break applied, i hear this loud high pitch noise, went back and forth couple times with the same motion, sound still appeared...

Am trying to duplicate the sound today however it disappeared, should i still bring my car to dealer?

Is this seems like a normal thing or my navigation media player sounds lemon...

 

But I don't know if i can duplicate the media problem when I take it to the dealership tho...

Sorry for the confusion.
I checked on other post about the brake sound while starting up, its not like that.
Iheard this loud high pitch sound when i drove home and tried to park my car in the garage.

Since it only happened when my steering wheel all the way right, i assume it wouldn't be brake issue, and my next guess was power steering...

Compare to the braking sound people here experienced, the high pitch noise was also loud since my dad who was inside of my house heard it as well.

 

Just went to longo toyota, and told them both of the issue, they couldn't duplicate any... told me to bring back the car at 5k mile service ...

i got a video of the sound.. so if anyone could help me analyze about this sound...
