Help in identifying needed part for 2004

    A few days ago, my driver's side floor mat got caught in the steering shaft. Looking to see what the problem was, I saw that there wasn't a cover or anything on the shaft (see picture) so I've been looking online to find a cover but I can't find one anywhere or if there's even supposed to be one there at all. If you know where I could possibly find a cover for it, or even the part's name, please tell me. Thank you

    craigslist search; enter your local area - then select auto parts, then in the search bar enter Prius.
    Someone has a parts car that will be happy to give you that for 10 bucks.
