I will be picking up a new 2017 Prius three later this month. It's my first new car in 32 years! I am not a fan of the 15" tire and rim set up so I plan to upgrade immediately to a 17" set up along with a spring lowering kit. I am not looking for a harsh ride or cut my fuel savings drastically. That said, can you or someone you know point me in the best direction on tire size and spring manufacturer? Thank you! .
You'll get a smoother ride on the 15" rims with high profile tyres. The 17" rims with low profile tyres, not so smooth.
