Help needed

    Hi folks,

    New user here. Have recently moved from 2nd gen to 3rd gen after the catalytic converter was cut out of the 2nd gen and stolen.

    The 3rd gen prius is a Japanese import that has an aerial like thing on the side of the hood which is retractable from inside the car.

    Would anyone know what this is?

    It is located right at the side of the headlamp.

    wow, that looks pretty slick, but never seen it before. anything unusual under the hood or at the 12v?

    Looks like someone modded in a radio antenna. That’s pretty slick though.

    I've done some further research and it appears to be for parking assistance.
