Help - Our Prius speaks Japanese - can we turn her off?

She speaks Japanese, we don't so we have no idea what she says. She speaks just after we turn the car on, she speaks if we do not fasten our seat-belts, she speaks, as well as beeping when the sensors on the corner are near to things - she is very noisy and can't tell the difference between a blade of grass and a rock. She is very annoying! Please does anyone know how to turn her off!
