Hi there! I have a 2020 Prius Prime, and I went out to drive it, and the 12v battery is completely dead. Like, the key fobs won't open anything, including the hood. How on earth can I call Geico to give me a jump, if we can't even open the hood???? Is there a workaround to this? Please help as soon as you can!?! And thanks in advance!! Oh, and there was absolutely no indicator light or anything that warned me the battery was getting low, either.
Never mind -- my husband was missing something, and the hood did open once he pulled the latch under the dash. Duh!!!
