Start shopping for a new one. I am satisfied with the body shops of the two Toyota dealers closest to me. I would have the car dropped there and arrange for a Prius rental from their fleet. Could be hidden frame or transaxle damage.
D.O.: considering the age, strong possibility it'll be deemed "totalled" by insurer. Fender, headlight, front door, rocker panel, bumper all significantly torn up. And from the looks of the wheel it's taken a good hit, so likely suspension, bearing and drive shaft damage.
