Proud new owner of a 2020 Prius. Noticed an update to the firmware is available. Per the screenshot below, I have v 1008. According to the Prius website, they had me download a file named "17TDT0NA-EAA0_1010.kwi" (version 1010). I put it on a blank USB and followed the instructions. However, the Prius insists (after checking my USB didnt have any music on it) that I already have the latest version and dont need to update. Am I understanding this incorrectly?
Update: Problem solved. I used a different USB stick formatted at FAT32 and 1024k byte cluster size (the Prius didnt like the default 4096k cluster size).
