everyone. I got a Bluetooth, Vgate OBD Scan tool, that I ha e being finding it difficult to installed on my android/laptop. I think this scan tool is similar to the ELM..., I don't know though. Just can't get it installed on my laptop. Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, could YOU help please? Thanks a thousand
