Hesitant acceleration around 12 mph

with engine on or off?
if on, completely warmed up?
possibly the egr circuit or throttle body, any warning lights?
have you done regular recommended service, especially 120,000 miles or km equivalent?

All maintenance except changing engine coolant and spark plugs has been done. Hesitant acceleration experienced a couple of times shortly after leaving driveway. Once a rough engine at start also occurred; temperatures a few degrees below freezing. No warning light whatsoever. If, it is egr circuit or throttle body, what needs to be done. Thanks
