    1. Has anyone installed HID Kit on prius 2009?
    2. If so, does anyone know where can I get that done near Hackensack, NJ?

    Assuming you are installing HIDs in a Halogen housing; click and read the post linked below, make sure to read the ENTIRE post.
    It will have instructions to how install it yourself, the installation is simple, easy and requires only simple tools and zip ties.

    Instead of HID have you thought of converting to LED? Go to Amazon [.Dot] com and search:

    I'd post the link, but PriusChat blocks links to Amazon. These look like they are plug and play. When and IF my HID kit wears out, I plan on trying these.
