What are your experiences on the highway steady cruising (65+MPH)? Factor-out city driving, and ramp on/off..
Today going about 45 miles each way I averaged 59 mpg's heading North and 48 mpg's heading South against the wind. Highway usually averages close to 48-50ish. I've gotten as low as 42ish nd as high as 60ish.
My city driving however, I've gotten as high as 89.2 and as long as I'm driving for a couple miles or more I get upper 50's to upper 60's on several occasionsn
My drive to work is mostly highway driving and I've gotten anywhere from 43-48. After the little bit of city driving getting off the highway I usually end up around 50mpg for the trip. Not caring about my speed? If I'm in a situation where I can hang out at 60-65mph then 50+mpg isn't a problem
Primarily between 65 and 70, but there is is a couple small sections where the speed limit is 55 due to contruction so there it's usually 55 to 62.
