Hey Good people, here’s what happened to me . So I hit a pothole going about 60Kph bent the front rims and all the following lights came on immediately:
    ( traction warning lights ) ( engine light )
( Hybrid System Malfunction light )
I’ve repaired the rim however since then the ( engine light ) and ( Hybrid Malfunction light ) have both stayed on ; the car is sluggish on acceleration , the 12v battery fan stays on constantly , the car does not go into EV when stopped and I noticed the level on the battery symbol did not increase or decrease after driving . What do you guys think is going on here ? Thanks Again !

You need to read the codes. Most OBD2 code readers will not give all the codes on this vehicle. There is a thread here

    Gen2 OBD2 app review | PriusChat

discussing what works and what doesn't. Current consensus, get an Autel AP200. There is also techstream, but there are technical and legal complications associated with using that, and for your purposes, the Autel should be fine.

Edit: as to what happened, the car was subjected to an extreme shock. It might have knocked a connector loose, it might have broken something inside a battery module, it could even have caused a wire to hit a piece of metal hard enough to cut the insulation and short that wire, damaging the circuit on either end of the wire. If the car wouldn't start at all I would have suspected the orange safety plug in the HV battery, which can be finicky and sometimes isn't installed properly. It probably wouldn't hurt to take that out and put it in again carefully, but I don't expect it would fix the problem either. If you do that first look at a few videos, the motion needed to lock it into place isn't obvious.

When you say the 12V fan runs continuously, do you mean the cabin fan (under the dash) or the HV battery fan (behind the rear seat on the right side, audible through the air intake at the side of the seat)?

This just keeps going and the car never switches to EV , it just continues to idle like a regular car

Have you read the trouble codes yet?
