    amazon, ebay, cheapest you can find. duosada? the basic ones are all the same. if you want data/wifi capability, you move into another stratosphere

    Are you looking for an L2 EVSE for a 240v outlet? OEM L1 (120v) that came with the car is weatherproof. I use it outside all the time.

    The charger is under your back seat. What you're looking for is an EVSE.

    The best EVSE is the one that meets all your needs. I just use a cheap Duosaida. AFAIK, they are all weatherproof. I can't improve on what @bisco and @Salamander_King already said.

    I found my work charger on Craigslist :).

    Here's our setup as there is another Prime and Leaf that charge using the Ford cords I got ;):
