In other news, Honda has announced a recall of nearly 650,00 vehicles. Apparently there's a problem with power window mechanisms catching fire when they get wet.

Is this going to be yet another vehicle that suffers spontaneous combustion while parked in a garage attached to an occupied dwelling? Or does it happen only when in use, outside?

This probably should be moved to "Other cars" since it's not hybrid related.

I'm alright with that. I was thinking this went with the Prius recalls, to show they're not unique.

Thanks for the OP edit, Tony. You're right, I should have included part of the article instead of just linking it.
