Is the passenger side horn accessible from underneath the car if I take off the black plastic cover under the radiator?
Thanks Rae- when I was last under the black cover, I seem to remember that my grill wouldn't pull away from the bumper, as if it was all one piece........ I got the "driver" side grill, I need to get to the one near the passenger headlight. Yours looks like the grill and bumper are two separate pieces.
