Hi there, I flew down to Longo and bought my car on January 13. Drove back up to the Bay Area and went to Fastrak on Saturday to exchange my transponder. Mailed transponder info and HOV sticker app out on Tuesday, January 17. (The 16th was a holiday). I got my stickers in the mail today. I can't believe it. I was really expecting to wait 5 weeks or so. #466xx
