How can I change Entune™ Audio Voice volume (not the Nav lady)?

Title pretty much says it all. I know how to make the Nav lady louder or softer, that's not my question. Rather, I'm talking about the Entune™ Audio -- the button that you press on the steering wheel and can then say commands, like "Call home."

I would like to make the prompts on the Entune™ Audio louder -- can't seem to figure out how to do that.

I consider myself a pretty good "Googler" and have done a dozen searches with various terms and also searched this forum. Lots of pages describing making the Nav lady lounder; nothing I could find on the Entune™ Audio prompts volume. I'm reluctantly admitting defeat!

 

So, I'm not one of those impatient people who bump a thread after not hearing anything for a day but this is from October.

Really? No one knows?

I'll try that again. I think the problem I was running into is that that volume controlled the navigation ("Guidance will be at this volume.") and not the Entune prompt volume.
