If I can get the cover off the radiator, I am going to try a blocker until the weather warms up. Suggestions will be appreciated!
Just turn them about a quarter-turn with a Phillips. The center will pop up, and then you can just grab it and pull the whole thing out of the hole in the plastic cover. Just about like the diagram shows, in fact. . _H*
Most of them you just push the center in about 1/8" and then the whole unit comes out. To put them back in just push the center up till it sticks up about 3/16" and push the body back in the hole.
Pull them both together or you might break the lower component. Trust me I replaced three figuring that out. Pull up the center then pull both the inner and the outer together.
