I just purchased a HTC Windows 8 phone from Verizion. I deleted the old phone out of the Prius and when I tried to install the new phone I get the error message that it cannot connect. When it tells me to enter the pin into my phone there is no place that I can find to put the passcode into the phone. I recalled doing that with the old phone when I installed it. What am I doing wrong and can someone help? I know that the I am not able to transfer the phone book, but I still should be able to install the phone.
