Not wanting to make my problems with my Prius worse - how to test the head unit (Toyota Prius JBL GPS Radio Navigation Touchscreen Display 86100-47231 Unit), after it has been removed from my Prius? The head unit went black and stopped working completely, and as far as I can tell, the 2 fuses, 1 in the interior bank and 1 in the outside bank, are OK. Is there any place else that I need to check that powers the head unit? I am not finding the information I think I need online on how to test the unit, and it seems like there are little to no real options to replace the head unit and keep all the functions and features it contains.
