I would like to add an additional cig-plug. Does anyone know how the center console of the 2021 Prius LE Gen 4 comes out? Or if there is a spare fuse (preferably 20 amp) on the inside fuse box that I could tap into?

20 amps is a fairly heavy draw. What will you be plugging in there? At that rate, I don't think I would fuss with a fuse tap. If you look in the wiring diagram (more info), you may well find one or more unused positions in the interior fuse box, and which pins of the instrument panel junction box connector they come out on, and which ones are switched the way you want and have adequate upstream capacity. Or, at the 20 amp level, you might want to add your own fuse and relay from an otherwise unswitched circuit in the box.
