Hi All! I am incredibly fascinated at all the different mods done to the Prius C and have been itching to some of them. My problem is, I don't know anything about cars. How did you guys learn how to do all of this?? I really want to learn so I can start making the mods myself. Websites? Courses? What? The only things I've done so far are swap out my lights to LEDS (the interior), my lights to xenon HID (this was a bit of a nuisance for me to figure out but I'm happy with it) and my rear view mirror to an auto-dim (this one was the super scary for me at first... but I had instructions). Thanks for any tips!
When I first started out many moons ago, I had several friends that were also into the modding thing. We just all learned from How Tos, DIYS, and basically trial and error. Get yourself a good toolset, open space, and have patience. It helps to have some friends or forums you can count on if you ever get in a rut.
It's like Cooking.... If you know how to read.....you know how to mod. Simple. Just add money and you're all set. YouTube may also give you some ideas. Good Luck!
