Just start unscrewing stuff and where there's no screws it's held in by plugs & clips so you carefully pull on it and try not to break anything. Of course based on your photo and your question, you might want to hire a friend of family member to assist you...
By "this" I take it that you're referring to the fuel door release. This is a cable release so it will be mounted securely; it looks like either an 8 or 10mm bolt holding it down on the door side. GOOD LUCK!
